A project development strategy useful  for Small Scale Mining Permitees :

Intertech shall proceed from its business objectives to pro-actively participate in developmental initiatives within resource-based communities in the countryside:

The following mission:

a. Corporatization program of projects that are initiated with stakeholders together with the host community;

b.Application of environment-friendly regulations as part of development plans;

c. Small production that must be rewarded by Government with opportunity for expansion based on its implementation success in the enterprise capacity of its stakeholders and the impacted community;

  

d. marketing development that can progress from raw material sourcing to processing level and technology transfer to the project and hence into the Country which then can multiply into economic benefits for the shareholders as well as the stakeholders;

e. Duplication strategy in similar resource base areas.
