Election of new Board of Drirectors & Officers

Series of 2012

Explanatory note: Board Resolution electing the

 new Board of Directors and Officers of the Company for

Fiscal Year January – December, 2012;

WHEREAS, UPON MOTION of Mr. Benedict Ilacad Ballug, Acting as Chairman of the Board for this election, and seconded by Sherwin Pineda, the newly re-organized INTERTECH INC., the following are the Nominees to the Board of Directors, to wit;

WHEREAS, UPON MOTION of Mr. Sherwin Pineda, the following positions are herein approved comprising FOUR (4) COMPONENTS namely: Executive Management – Chairman of the Board, President, Treasurer (Corporate), Auditor (Corporate), Vice Chairman of the Board, Assistant Treasurer (Corporate), Assistant Auditor (Corporate); Operations – Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Mine Site Officer, Port Site Officer; Administration – Administrative Officer, Personnel Officer, Project Cashier, Traffic and Motorpool, Supply, Security and Intelligence Officer, Senior Security Guard, External Affairs Officer, Cashier, Clerk, Serviceman/Driver; Export & Marketing – Export Officer, Marketing Head, Senior Clerk;

WHEREAS, UPON the election and installation of the new Board of Directors, they elected among themselves the following Officers and appointed other Officers, to wit:
